2. Principles
I process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and to answer your enquiries. There is no contact form, no registration and no advertising tracker. The connection is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
3. Server log files
The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. When you visit, the following is recorded automatically:
- IP address (shortened or stored only briefly)
- date and time of access
- requested file and amount of data transferred
- browser and operating system (user agent)
- previously visited page (referrer)
This data is used solely for secure and stable operation and is not combined with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 31(1) revFADP (legitimate interest). The data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
4. Contact by email or WhatsApp
If you email us, we process your details (name, email address, message and, where applicable, information about your job situation or a voucher) to answer your enquiry and advise you on suitable courses. Our mailbox runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Please only send special categories of data, such as health information, if it is really necessary for the advice. We pass your data to a training provider only if you explicitly ask us to.
The contact widget also lets you write to us via WhatsApp. The link opens WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta). Data is transferred to WhatsApp only when you send a message there; WhatsApp's privacy terms apply and data may be transferred to the USA. If you do not want that, please email us.
5. Cookies and audience measurement
This website sets only one strictly necessary cookie: cc_cookie stores your choice in the cookie banner (vanilla-cookieconsent v3) for six months. Legal basis: section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No analytics or marketing cookies are currently set. If services requiring cookies are added later, this will only happen with your consent and this policy will be updated first.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
For audience measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Only aggregated data is recorded, such as pages viewed, referring website, approximate region, device type and load times. The service sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no user profiles. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 31(1) revFADP (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement). More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
